Our retail domain client is seeking a Sr. Analyst (Brand Advocate) to join their team. As a Analyst, you will be part of the client supporting Team. The ideal candidate will have Analytics , Advance Excel & retail client experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Position Title: Brand Advocate Analyst

Location: Hybrid Mooresville, NC , 28117

Pay Rate: $40-55/hr.

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years experience in Online/Retail Merchandising, Digital Marketing or Vendor Management

  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn database systems and web-based platforms (i.e., JMP/SAS, BrightEdge, Google AdWords)

  • Experience in vendor management systems, digital marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising

Job Description:

  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve the online experience and drive conversion.

  • Leverage inputs from CSAT, reviews and Q&A to continuously improve the overall customer experience for assigned brand(s).

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the supported brand(s) assortment and strategy.
