Aerotek Maintenance Team Lead in Mooresville, Indiana

Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will be primarily responsible for production tooling setup, troubleshooting equipment failures, mechanical repairs, and on-going equipment preventative maintenance. Your day-to-day tasks will also include light tooling fabrication, facility maintenance as needed, and machine setups that can take up to 50% of your time on the floor. This role also involves performing equipment preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting and repair/installation, RF machine tool setups, light to moderate fabrication of machine parts/tooling, light machining of parts, record all PM activities, repairs, and setups in PLEX, electrical troubleshooting, and assisting engineering and quality as needed with trial setups and qualifications.

Hard Skills

  • Mechanical Troubleshooting - any moving parts: pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, Motors, assembly, disassembly

  • Electrical Troubleshooting - Volt Meter, Replace Motors, Motor Controls Ability to actually troubleshoot equipment

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mooresville, Indiana.

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment. The production floor is very clean and well kept. The shift timing is from 6:00am - 2:30pm with an average overtime of 44-50 hours
