Job Description
Join our team as a Blender Operator and play a pivotal role in the production of high-quality resin. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire blending process which includes staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading the finished product. You will also operate a sit-down forklift and ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and reactors. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols is essential. Timely execution of tasks and effective communication of any issues to the Team Lead is crucial. You'll be involved in cross-departmental assistance, performing various tests, and undertaking maintenance tasks during downtime. Responsibilities
Manage the entire blending process, including staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading.
Operate sit-down forklift and ensure smooth machinery and reactor operations.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with the Team Lead regarding any issues.
Assist cross-departmentally, perform various tests, and undertake maintenance tasks during downtime.
Commit to producing environmentally safe products and maintaining quality standards.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing, preferably in blending, mixing, or compounding.
Physical strength and stamina to stand, walk, and lift for long periods (50 lbs).
Ability to work safely and without consistent supervision.
Capability to work all days of the week, including Saturdays, as required by the shift rotation.
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
Willingness to shave to meet respirator requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in chemical manufacturing, extrusion processes, or injection molding processes.
At least 1 year of Blender experience preferred.

Work Environment
This full-time, on-site role is based in Mooresville, Indiana. The manufacturing environment is large and not temperature controlled—hot in the summer and mild in the winter, especially near large kilns. We offer 1st and 2nd shift schedules on a 2-3-2 rotating basis, averaging 42 hours per week. Safe footwear and appropriate clothing are required, with a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and mandatory in certain areas. Opportunities for overtime are available once trained, with no mandatory overtime. The dress code prohibits tube tops, shorts above the knee, and other revealing clothing. Jewelry should not be restrictive or dangerous to job performance. PPE may include safety glasses, chemical gloves, N95 masks, respirators, and cold vests.

• (1) Blending Operator (1st shift 8 hrs., 7am-3:30pm) $20.00; training conducted on shift ; 90 days
• (1) Blending Operator (2nd shift 12 hrs., 5pm-5am) $23.00; training conducted on shift; 90 days
• (1) Blending Operator (2nd shift 8 hrs., 3pm-11:30pm) $21.50; training conducted on shift; 90 days
• (1) Blending Operator (3rd shift 8 hrs., 11pm-7:30am) $23.00; training conducted on shift; 90 days

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOORESVILLE, Indiana.
