Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Moorestown, New Jersey. As a Staff Accountant, you will be tasked with handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, conducting Bank Reconciliations, and making Journal Entries using QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Perform regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy

• Record financial transactions through Journal Entries

• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting operations and financial management

• Ensure all financial records and reports are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable operations

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable

• Demonstrable experience with QuickBooks accounting software

• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and related procedures

• Solid understanding and experience in preparing and analyzing journal entries
