Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Care Representative to join our national call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers. This role involves placing orders, following up on service requests, and managing various customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 50 to 60 calls per day, including both inbound and outbound calls.

  • Answer calls from new and existing customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

  • Place orders and process new service and installation requests.

  • Follow up on open service requests to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collect payments for installations and services.

  • Complete online service requests accurately and efficiently.

  • Respond to customer voicemails promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
