Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Real Estate Associate in MOON TWP, Pennsylvania. This role involves a range of responsibilities within the corporate real estate sector, including consulting, brokerage, and technology solutions. The workplace is fully onsite and may require travel for work up to 2 weeks a month.
Responsibilities
• Consult with existing clients to lease industrial space, which includes conducting tours, preparing and evaluating lease proposals, generating reports, preparing budgets, and reviewing lease documents.
• Serve as a bridge between the client and landlord representatives, ensuring accurate, effective, and timely communication among all parties.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses for diverse lease transactions.
• Assess the market feasibility for various real estate transactions and conduct relevant research.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to business operations as needed.
• Meet deadlines and complete other time-sensitive tasks.
• Develop an understanding of legal contracts such as leases, licenses, and purchase agreements.
• Learn and adapt to client's internal processes.
• Utilize technology solutions, including ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Crystal Reports, and Data Processing to facilitate work processes.
• Handle cash activities and buying processes efficiently.
• Administer lease contracts, lease negotiations, and lease transactions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Associate or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services for managing financial transactions.
• Experience with Concur for expense management.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to generate reports using Crystal Reports.
• Experience in Data Processing.
• Proficiency in using About Time for effective time management.
• Skill in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understanding of buying processes in the real estate industry.
• Experience in handling cash activity and cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency in lease administration.
• Knowledge of lease contracts, including drafting and reviewing.
• Experience in lease negotiations with clients.
• Understanding of different lease terms and conditions.
