Eaton’s North American Sales organization is currently seeking a ReSurge Program: Aftermarket Sales Specialist. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Industrial & Strategic Accounts. This position will be hybrid with an expected 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What you’ll do:
Please note the Eaton ReSurge cohort will begin their 12-month assignment in March of 2025.
The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting and guiding Eaton’s market strategies focused on the industrial aftermarket for our key divisions. This role will leverage digital tools like the installed base PowerBI dashboard and division-specific aftermarket playbooks to provide sales and product support to both distributors and internal personnel. This role will identify and coordinate sales tools and training needs along with problem resolution related to industrial aftermarket products and solutions to optimize Eaton electrical penetration and sales.
Essential job tasks include but are not limited to
interface with identified distributors and sales engineers by providing a variety of sales support and administrative services
conduct remote trainings and demonstration of available tools and playbooks
monitor sales funnel within Salesforce
establish a monthly process to capture past and future activities along with areas of opportunity for improvement.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• Minimum three (3) year work experience
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of location will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, and Salesforce
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn/teach electronic/computer processes
• Ability to establish and build relationships
• Possesses presentation, training and planning skills
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
