Eaton Corporation Process and Operations Enablement Manager in Moon Township, Pennsylvania

Eaton's Strategic Accounts Operations team is looking for a Process & Operations Enablement Manager to drive consistency in project management methodologies, processes, and frameworks across the various customer segments.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,075 - $176,110 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The EESS Strategic Accounts Operations (SAO) team aids multi-region clients in managing their electrical infrastructure with consistency across their fleet of locations. Our focus is to be a trusted advisor and provide a single point of access to connect our customers to Eaton’s products, services, and expertise.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and evaluate project management processes that will drive consistency in execution and customer experience across the SAO portfolio.

  • Support the building of project controls capabilities including the creation of cost and schedule baselines, tracking, forecasting, and change management tools.

  • Collaborate with Technical Program Managers to support the team’s development of value stream maps for each customer program.

  • Work closely with division OPEX resources to drive continuous improvement (CI) programs, utilizing EBS resources (ProLaunch, OpA, BPI, etc.)

  • Create and implement onboarding and development plans for different roles within the team in alignment with business needs

  • Serve as advisor to SAO senior managers and consult on project and program level plans and strategies.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, operations, field sales, OPEX or marketing

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from an accredited institution

  • PMP certification

  • Salesforce Experience

  • 10 years project management experience in construction and/or power distribution

  • Ability to communicate effectively and equally well within all levels of an organization

  • Must leverage resources and relationships within the division, other Eaton Electrical business units, and customers to achieve country/region/division success

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Electrical industry, products and solutions

  • Developing and executing tactical and strategic plans to support the Division goals
