Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of Technical Experience: Must have a strong technical foundation with at least twelve (12) years of hands-on experience utilizing SAP Basis, including proficiency with SAP Enterprise Components (ECC), SAP S/4HANA, Business Intelligence (BI), SAP Enterprise Portals, Process Integration (PI) /Process Orchestration, Business Objects (BOBJ), BODS, Business Warehouse (BW), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), FIORI, Solution Manager 7.2, and NetWeaver technologies.

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree (or higher) or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• SAP ERP Systems Management: Experience managing SAP ERP Systems, including S/4HANA in hyperscaler clouds (SAP RISE), with expertise in NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA Admin, SAP HANA Basis, and certificate handling.

• Hands-On System Copy Experience: Familiarity with pre and post homogeneous System copy end-to-end procedures in multi-application SAP and non-SAP eco-environments.

• HANA Expertise: Deep understanding of HANA architecture and hands-on experience with HA/DR, HSR, MDC, and operational support aspects. Skilled in HANA database diagnostics, thread dump analysis, CPU and memory optimization, cluster configuration, scale-out architecture, and performance optimizations such as work process utilization and enqueue analysis.

• Disaster Recovery Planning: Experience in developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery Plans for SAP environments.

• SAP Application Performance Optimization: Proficient in identifying and optimizing critical HANA parameters, analyzing expensive SQL statements, and enhancing SAP application performance.

• System Integration and Interfaces: strong experience in system integration, interfaces, and managing SAP application networks with timely resolution of issues.

• Certificate and Key Management: Solid understanding and deep knowledge of certificate and key management, particularly within the SAP ecosystem.

• Operating Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Linux (SLES and RHEL) and Windows operating systems.

• Communication and Leadership Skills: strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team-building abilities. Must interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Project Management Skills: strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
