Position: CNC MACHINIST (5-AXIS ADVANCED CNC OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER)

Our ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team manufacturing production environment, learns quickly, is results oriented, and demonstrates attention to detail that will align with TEI's ISO 9001 quality standards.

This candidate will perform advanced Programming, Setup, Loading, & Operation of 5-Axis CNC Machines & Grind Equipment in Machine Shop Area. Ability to analyze & execute machined parts & special projects as assigned. They will be able to complete these tasks as outlined by current Engineered Blueprints & Production Part Drawings with accuracy, timeliness, and limited supervision.

Summary of Essential Job Functions Demonstrate advanced Programming, Setup, Load raw material, and Produce machined parts on 5-Axis CNC, Manual Machines, & Grind Equipment. Measure critical features accurately to ensure they're measured and inspected to current Engineered Blueprint according to the in-process inspection report. Deburr and clean manufactured parts as needed with supervision Train Machine Shop employees in area of 5-Axis primary machine function Adhere to Machine Shop schedule as set by Production Manager & Director of Operations Clean, organize, and maintain Machine area

Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED or comparable education training certificate Preferred minimum 7 years CNC Lathes, Mills, and/or Multus Machining experience Ability to be TEI Forklift certified Must possess a current and valid State Issued Driver's License

On-Site Job Shift is M - TH 7:00am - 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
