• Contribute to the creation and design of Accessible Technical Requirements for mobile software
• Validate quality of implementation of Accessible code
• Provide remediation and fixes for defects discovered in validation
• Participate in agile ceremonies to help guide and inform development
• Work directly with mobile engineers to create Accessible code and software

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years or equivalent experience with Accessibility Testing or Accessible coding
• Mobile Software Development Experience (Android/iOS)
• Solid Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Working knowledge of Axe semi-automated tools or equivalents
• Strong communication written and verbal skills, particularly when describing technical information
• Desire to solve complex problems, not just detect them

Desired Qualifications

• Experience conducting validations or audits for accessibility
• International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certification or equivalent experience
• Experience working with agile teams
• Able to work with remote and international team members
