Maintain responsibility and accountability for the financial, technical, and operational performance of small to medium projects and tasks within larger projects. Including on & off-site supervision, accomplishment and reporting of all project functions. Support to Senior PMs and VPs. This position is hybrid, with flexibility required to meet with clients or coworkers at field sites as needed. The daily hours of work and locations may vary based upon current client's needs. Although this position will enable significant work from home opportunities and daily flexibility in hours worked, it must coordinate around the client's needs, which may change week to week.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Establish and manage project teams, identify, and use company resources to obtain proper technical expertise to address specific issues on a project.

  • Client development/maintain existing relationships. Communicate project objectives and firm's overall capabilities, as well as the value of the firm to current clients and potential new clients.

  • Provide clients with high quality projects on time and on budget, meeting the client's expectations. Communicate project status and potential issues, both internally and externally, with clients professionally.

  • Proficient in the development of letter proposals, scope of work budgets, change orders, and schedules.

  • Communication should focus on networking, project information, and accounts receivable information to their supervisor.

  • Prepare final plans/technical reports for client and regulatory submissions.

  • Manage billable and administrative responsibilities and backlog to meet utilization goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Science, Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science/Studies or related science

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Five years experience OR masters degree and 3 years of experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Effective technical writing skills. Proficient in MS Office. Must be able to perform field work. Local travel required, lifting to 25 lbs. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients, peers, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing; coordinate confusing and often conflicting priorities; decision-making, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Contractor oversight and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
