The Role: Dispatcher (Part Time)

Coordinate and assist in operations and processing of paperwork through Shipping Office.

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role

  • Process deliveries through SAP, manifesting and ship confirming.

  • Uses Roadnet to route next day deliveries using internal and external fleet as needed.

  • Compiles shipping reports for division use.

  • Updates all customer related information in Roadnet.

  • Maintains files of delivery tickets, POD’s and OP Receivers.

  • Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Six to twelve months related experience and/or training.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technicalprocedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, andprocedure manuals. The ability to perform analysis, create analytical reports.

  • The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,common fractions and decimals as well as algebraic formulas.

  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex analysis in Microsoft Excel.
