Job Title: Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator (SAP SuccessFactors)

Status: Full-time Professional

Annual Salary Range: $66,096 - $91,608

*Salary commensurate with education and experience.

*Job Summary*

As the LMS Administrator at BPMI, you will be responsible for leading the management of the company's new LMS to support the business needs of a high learning organization. This role will support the lifecycle and operations of the LMS including system updates, upgrades, and integrations with the HRIS team, as well as provide recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user adoption. This role has the ability to work a hybrid schedule.

*Essential Duties:*

 

 

  • Develop and document processes, procedures, and policies as needed to establish consistent use of the system.
  • Train users on system functionalities including employees, instructors, and managers.
  • Guide users in developing, organizing, and providing training within the system.
  • Create and manage learning assignments, assignment profiles, and user permissions.
  • Manage the catalog structure for consistency including naming conventions and keyword search capabilities.
  • Upload and test courses and related content.
  • Develop and manage reports and evaluations that are intuitive and actionable for organizational and instructor use.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with notifications, configuration, and operations of the system.
  • Respond to tickets for system support, issues, and questions.

*Minimum Job Requirements:*

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience as a learning management system administrator or similar position is required.
  • Twelve (12) or more years of completed education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years of experience requirements.
  • Requires a security clearance; however, all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required.

*Preferred Job Requirements:*

 

 

 

 

  • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors system preferred.
  • Technical certification or coursework related to LMS administration preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are required.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality of work is required.
  • Experience in a collaborate team environment is required.
  • Ability to be innovative to effectively solving problems is required.
