Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. This position involves loading machines with appropriate materials, inspecting products using measuring equipment, recording measurement results, and replacing used tools. The role also requires performing in-process inspections, making offset adjustments, troubleshooting minor issues, and providing detailed tie-in notes. You will operate all machines within your cell, set up common jobs, load and back up programs, and interpret blueprints accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and teardown of work areas and equipment, ensuring compliance with ISO Quality Standards, and promoting safe work practices. Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Monroe, Washington.
Work Environment
100% of work takes place inside an industrial office/warehouse environment. Employees work in proximity to moving machinery, mechanical parts, and vehicles and may have exposure to prolonged loud noise, including sirens, horns, and tooling. Employees may handle hazardous material or have exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, biological hazards, and airborne fumes. The noise level is usually mild to moderate 75% of the time.
