Springpoint at Home is seeking highly motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team!

Springpoint at Home is a premier leader of in-home care for seniors in the mid-Atlantic region. Located in Monroe, NJ, Springpoint at Home is looking for a summer intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for HR tasks, such as maintaining employee files, data entry, and preparing HR documents.

• Help coordinate and execute the new hire orientation process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.

• Shadow and assist during interviews, helping the recruitment team in candidate screening and interview scheduling.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and training materials are completed.

• Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.

Education and Experience:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required

• Rising Junior or Senior in College or University

Pay Rate: $19 / hour
