Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Description

This role focuses on processing payroll for two locations within the ADP Workforce module. The main location has just over 100 employees, and the second location has 16 employees. You will work extensively within ADP to process payroll, run reports, and ensure accurate pay rules for various shifts, including weekends and overtime. This position requires meticulous attention to detail due to employee turnover on the manufacturing floor and ensuring correct pay rules. You must be customer-service oriented, addressing employee inquiries and issues professionally. Additional HR responsibilities may be available as you grow into the role.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll/HR Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in payroll processing, HR administration, and proficient in using ADP software. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing and providing essential support to the HR department. You will handle day-to-day payroll operations, benefits administration, and assist with various HR tasks to support the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

The compensation is that of hourly pay. Fully onsite position in Monroe.

Will be handling the processing of payroll for around 100+ employees. Very important that someone is well-versed in ADP Workforce.
