Envirosmart, Inc. DBA ES Integrated Training Manager in Moncks Corner, South Carolina

The purpose of this position is to ensure that all ES employees have the proper safety training required to perform the job duties and responsibilities required for their position prior to the start of any work. Identify and assess current and future training needs, manage current training programs in place that supports company goals and initiatives. Develop training curriculum as necessary to support various scopes of Industrial, Site & Civil Services, and DOT compliance type work, identify and recommend standard operating processes that aide employee career development and onboarding.

Essential Functions

  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within

  • Provide recommendations and implement solutions that bolster training of employees

  • Create and conduct New Hire Orientation classes and recurring training classes

  • Provide consistent and productive coaching of all

  • Build solid cross-functional relationships between divisions.

  • Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and or reports as

  • Conduct supervisor level training.

  • Be ready, willing, and able to

  • Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly

  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal

  • Manage existing Brainer training program, develop programs within Brainer, PowerPoints, policies, etc.

  • Maintain regular attendance as required by your

  • Work alongside safety team & division management to coordinate, develop, conduct all necessary Federal, State, OSHA 10/30 Hour, DOT, ANSI, MSHA, HAZMAT, HAZWOPER, required training in effort to meet regulations.

    Required Eligibility Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Experience in Safety Compliance Training Facilitation

  • Experience designing and implementing curriculum required

  • Excellent team building, organization, and leadership skills

  • CSP (Preferred)

  • COSS (Preferred)

  • Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 50 lbs.

  • The noise level in the work environment is

  • Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings, and weekends as business demands.

    Hours of Work

  • Typical week will consist of Monday – Friday, 8-10 hours per day

    Travel

  • Some travel may be required to visit client sites, company locations, conferences, and meetings.

    Supervisory Responsibility

  • None.
