Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading, saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for a Boat Cleaner.

Position Summary: Cleaning Workers are flexible, comfortable working outside in extreme temperatures and committed to achieving the highest cleanliness standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Cleaners must be able to work physically hard and able to deal with constant lifting and bending

• Must have an eye for detail and presentation – to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness

• May be required to deep clean boats – using a ladder to clean walls and ceilings

• Cleaners must fully utilize all safety equipment, ensuring proper lifting, bending and carrying techniques are adhered to

• Understand all machinery and chemicals used

• Must be honest, dependable and forthright, with the ability to confidently work without direct supervision

• Maintain a positive attitude – always be willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed

• Must be able to work with diverse populations in a supportive and positive manner

• Must be flexible - willing to work a varied schedule

• Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy

Workers need to be comfortable working in a covered warehouse

Must be comfortable working long days in extreme heat

Must be comfortable being on their feet all day

Minimum Requirements:

A High School Diploma or GED

Previous cleaning experience preferred
