Aston Carter Regional Sales Manager in Mokena, Illinois
Description
Our client is seeking a regional sales manager to help expand their business presence and lead sales representatives. This role involves supporting a few regional sales representatives and identifying new business opportunities and building out the operation. Some travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, and training new hires on a as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities and clients in various markets.
Support and collaborate with regional sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the capital equipment industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Travel to client sites, trade shows, and other events as required to promote products and services.
Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to upper management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/hr.
