Your responsibilities will span from leveraging our sophisticated inventory and purchasing systems to executing inventory control practices that uphold our commitment to quality and efficiency. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys the challenges of material handling, inventory stocking, and receiving functions.

You will find satisfaction in performing a wide array of activities, including managing inventory through picking, staging, replenishment, and cycle counting, to guarantee our inventory levels meet the high standards our customers expect. The role also demands exceptional customer service skills, as you will be at the forefront of interacting with customers in the MRO Storeroom, efficiently handling issues and fulfilling requests for parts, equipment, and supplies.

Accuracy is key in this position, as you will be responsible for data entry using RF inventory scanners and ensuring our inventory records are impeccable. You'll also engage in analyzing discrepancies and preparing documentation for special orders, contributing to the smooth operation of our storeroom.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year of warehouse or storeroom experience; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 months of E. & J. Gallo experience as an intern or in a temporary or seasonal position in the warehouse or storeroom.

  • Required to navigate ladders up to 20 feet high.

  • Required to lift 50 pounds and relocate product in a twisting motion.

  • Required to work weekends, rotating shift and overtime.

  • Required to become Forklift Certified while employed as a Storeroom Attendant.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of material handling and storeroom experience.

  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and SAP.

  • Lift Truck experience.

  • Experience with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with effectively communicating with managers, peers and customers.

  • Skilled in the use of entering data into a handheld RF Inventory Scanner.

  • Experience with inventory picking and staging, replenishing and cycle-counting.

  • Works in a team environment where high quality standards are expected to be met.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $19.90 -$26.92/ Hourly

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
