Job Title: Industrial Millwright

Shift: 4' 12-hour rotating shifts

Pay: $30.85 per hour to start

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans and blueprints.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.

• Align and calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to minimize downtime.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in industrial millwright work.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
