Job Title: Industrial Millwright
Shift: 4' 12-hour rotating shifts
Pay: $30.85 per hour to start
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and dismantle machinery and equipment according to plans and blueprints.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Align and calibrate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in industrial millwright work.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00
