Job Title: Field Supervisor

Job Description

As a Field Supervisor with CDL Driver experience, you will oversee field operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide leadership to our team of drivers and field personnel. You will be home nightly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Provide leadership to a team of drivers and field personnel.

  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Essential Skills

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

  • Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment

You will be working in both the field office and on-site locations where industrial cleaning jobs are performed. Expect a dynamic environment with opportunities to support various field operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mobile, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
