Job Summary
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will help Fausak Tires and Service achieve its goals by delivering best in class customer service. You will be responsible for knowing our full product and service line, how to best service our customers and how to successfully work with your team members to achieve the locations goals.
Responsibilities
- Receive and deliver on customer requests (Both phone and in person)
- Effectively understand customer requests
- Clearly communicate promise times
- Help manage the daily schedule
- Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
- Answer customer questions about their service requests and needs
- Use strong service skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelors degree is preferred
- Valid state-issued drivers license and clean driving record is required
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Speak, Read and Write in English
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
