Location: This is a remote role based out of St Louis or Kansas City, MO.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities

  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers

  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree

Job specific requirements:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing Sales role in FMCG/CPG industry with proven selling/negotiating experience required

  • Data analytics: Ability to read and analyze syndicated data

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required

  • Previous experience building sales decks and presentations

Travel requirements: 25% travel required

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $66,100 to $90,925; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelēz offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
