Providence is calling a Finance Manager, Productivity and Benchmarking who will:

• Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned

• Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets

• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies

• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders

• Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or another Finance or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

• 5+ years of finance experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Certified Public Accountant, HMFA or FACHE Certifications

• Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19

• Texas - Lubbock, Levelland, Plainview: Min:$36.10, Max: $58.11

• Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $36.44, Max: $57.69

• Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $34.96, Max: $55.34

• Washington: Tukwila: Min: $36.44, Max: $57.69

• Washington: Eastern: Min: $31.11, Max: $49.25

• Washington: Southeastern: Min: $32.59, Max: $51.59
