Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Pay Range: $15.75 per hour

What's the Job?

• Packing aluminum parts efficiently and accurately during the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Ensuring quality control and adherence to packing procedures.

• Labeling and documenting packed items appropriately.

• Utilizing wrapping techniques and boxing/crating for secure shipping.

• Collaborating with team members to optimize packaging processes.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a packing or a manufacturing role.

• Steel-toed shoes are required for safety compliance.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
