Job Description

Pay rate range: 26-30/hr

Insight Global is looking for a strong Contract Analyst to join a team of one of our large distribution clients in the Miami, FL area. As a Contract Analyst, you will be managing IT contract documents through their review life cycle. The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills and be comfortable with negotiating with high level stakeholders, vendors, and partners of the organization,

 - Coordinate and communicate with Procurement, Technology, Vendors, and Legal teams

 - Manage the review of all agreements (software, IT staffing/consulting, data, hardware, etc)

 - Monitor and provide status updates around contract renewals and terminations, progress of documents, etc.

 - Conduct contract research as needed

Stay up to date with contracts administration best practices and IT trends

Skills and Requirements

· 1-2 years of contract management experience in the IT space (Statement of Works, MSAs, EULA, licensing agreements, etc.)

 · Experience managing full lifecycle of contracts

 · Experience in technology/customer relationship/ staff management

 · Contract life cycle management (CLM) systems experience

Microsoft Office experience (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) · Bachelor's degree

 · Relative certifications null
