As a Region Supervisor for the Credit and Distribution Center, you'll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the staff and daily functions assigned by the Region Credit & DC Manager.

Responsibilities

• Delegation and monitoring of the work performed by the collection team to assure assigned processes and procedures are properly executed and completed daily.

• Oversee the routing and forecasting, daily dispatch, repair/installation scheduling and asset management.

• Coaching and training of the collection team including new hires and present staff.

• Coordinates activities between collections and company location personnel. Ensures that credit issues are effectively communicated to the company locations and that the locations are involved with the collection efforts.

• Assists Regional Credit Manager in the assessment of workload needs to effectively manage portfolio; assigns work to the collection team according to productivity metrics and individual skill set. May also assist the Regional Credit Manager with E-time, Accounts Payable and Performance Reviews.

• Adherence to corporate credit and collections policies – ensures that risk is minimized in A/R portfolio by following corporate guidelines in reference to the establishment of credit limits, documentation and collection efforts.

$58,458 - $61,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent training/experience required

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Accounts Receivable and Credit and Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
