Description • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, master’s degree in taxation is a plus

• CPA designation highly desirable

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of tax experience, preferably with large national, large regional, public accounting firm

• Overall understanding of federal and state tax issues related to individuals and pass-through entity taxation, familiarity with trust taxation is a plus

• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Good research and technical writing skills

• Strong initiative and self-directing skills with the ability to carry out projects from beginning to end
