POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Billing Specialist will work with an existing team of accounting professionals with an opportunity to gain insight into overall business operations while performing core invoicing functions. This full-time position is fast paced and allows for some flexibility of daily schedule while maintaining a "core hours" presence. Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Working closely with Project Managers to generate accurate client billings. Processing client invoices into third party portals. Working closely with Project Managers & Accounting team on collection of past due accounts. Input and maintain project financial information and accounts receivables into Deltek Vantagepoint software. Other accounting responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Required Deltek Vision/ Vantagepoint experience. Will consider other Deltek experience. Associate Degree in Accounting or 3+ years of equivalent experience. High attention to detail. Highly motivated, professional demeanor with a "can do" attitude. Team-oriented and strong work ethic. Proficient and accurate data entry skills necessary. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift focus if needed to assist other staff. Maintain a well-organized system to account for various information processed. Represent the company in a professional matter. Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
