Robert Half Paid Media Manager in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a PPC Specialist/Paid Search professional to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategies across multiple channels to help our clients reach their business goals. You will also be expected to oversee workloads, manage ad spend, and ensure the overall quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Paid Media Department, managing workloads and ensuring efficient and effective account oversight

• Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Google search, display, and social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta

• Build out ad accounts and campaigns on Google and other platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn

• Proactively manage ads accounts, optimizing budgets and performance

• Analyze data using tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console

• Implement measurement strategies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Participate in client meetings and provide proactive recommendations for account improvements

• Explore new paid media platforms and recommend appropriate opportunities for our clients

• Use various skills including Bing, Facebook Insights, Google Ad, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Campaign Planning, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Search Console to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a PPC Specialist or in a related field

• Proficiency in Bing, Facebook Insights, Google Ad, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics is essential

• Demonstrated expertise in Campaign Planning, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Search Console

• A proven track record of developing and implementing successful paid search campaigns

• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Must stay updated with PPC and SEM trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is desired

• Google AdWords Certification is preferred

• Experience in managing substantial PPC budgets

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition

• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

• Advanced experience with website analytics tools

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
