Provide an environmentally safe and clean setting for the residents and guests of the property. Housekeeper Job Responsibilities: Tour property daily to assess and clean all areas to the standard cleanliness Clean vacated apartments/townhomes in preparation for new resident move-in Report any shortages, damages, or security issues Assist with grounds work (i.e., sweep sidewalks, water plants, snow removal, etc.) Maintain equipment in good condition Assist Property Management/Leasing office as requested Deliver exceptional customer service Housekeeper Qualifications: Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Customer Service oriented Great Lakes Management Company is an at-will employer; this job description is a guideline and does not constitute a written or implied employment contract.
