UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION PROGRAM MANAGER What you'll do. The Undergraduate Education Program Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of neurology education. This dynamic position involves creating, launching, and overseeing innovative programs designed to inspire and empower the next generation of neurologists. With a focus on engaging college students, medical students, neurology clerkship directors, and neuroscience course directors, the Program Manager fosters a collaborative environment that provides invaluable resources, mentorship, and career development opportunities. By strengthening the neurology pathway, this role ensures that both students and educators are equipped to excel and contribute to the growing field of neurology. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Management, Communication or related area of study is required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in 7-12 and undergraduate programming or related field is required. Experience in medical education programming is preferred. *Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements. Travel Requirements: Some travel required - approximately 10%. Ability to legally travel outside of the United States, particularly but not limited to Canada. Location: Minneapolis, MN, and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week) What we offer.
