Role: Release Train Engineer Location: Remote Experience: 17 Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Genesys Cloud CX Genesys Genesys Composer and Genesys Studio/Composer Oversee the integration of Genesys solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Genesys-related projects Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation for Genesys solutions Ensure that all Genesys implementations adhere to industry best practices and company standards Conduct regular reviews and audits of Genesys systems to identify areas for improvement Monitor the performance of Genesys solutions and implement optimizations as needed Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys technologies and incorporate them into the companys technology stack Work closely with the Annuities Claim Management team to ensure that technology solutions meet domain-specific needs Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on Genesys technologies Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance the companys technology landscape Ensure that all technology solutions align with the companys overall business strategy and goals Qualifications Possess extensive experience with Genesys Cloud CX Genesys Genesys Composer and Genesys Studio/Composer Demonstrate expertise in Annuities Claim Management Have a strong understanding of technology architecture and design principles Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Show proficiency in integrating Genesys solutions with other systems Display strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Have a proven track record of successfully leading technology projects Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
