Description

Contract opportunity for a candidate that can guide the client as they look to modernize their infrastructure. You will provide solutions related to Microsoft 365 accounts, network drives, and Comcast business towers. The selected individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software systems, managing network configurations, and maintaining the security of sensitive company data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Microsoft 365 user accounts, ensuring optimal software system operation.

• Set up and configure new hardware, both internal and external, including network drives.

• Handle the connection and configuration of Comcast towers, ensuring seamless network operation.

• Monitor and manage the installation of hard drives and enable network recognition.

• Maintain control over user access, ensuring only authorized access for all employees.

• Perform network troubleshooting and manage system backups, ensuring data security and system efficiency.

• Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company data, providing secure and efficient systems.

• Install and maintain system networks, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

• Conduct regular data backups as part of preventive maintenance.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.

• Strong understanding and experience with Citrix Technologies.

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies.

• • Proven experience with Firewall Technologies.

• • Experience with Active Directory.

• Ability to work with Backup Technologies.

• Must have a strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
