This systems engineer like position could include responsibilities including but not limited to: Monitors and trouble shoot application issues to identify, diagnoses, enter tickets, escalate, and resolve issues. Perform software upgrades, configuration, and testing. Creating and maintaining technical documentation. Assisting users with application questions or research. Performing data reconciliation.
