Details of what the Strategic Field Reimbursement Manager will do: The Strategic Field Reimbursement Manager will prioritize Key National Strategic Accounts/IDNs, ensuring their implementation needs for ViiV Long Acting Injectables are realized. This position will play a pivotal role in building a stronger implementation presence in key accounts and will be directly responsible for developing and orchestrating a top down integrated implementation approach aligned to the account's implementation needs. The Strategic FRM must effectively navigate complex situations with internal and external customers that require sound judgment, problem solving skills and awareness of rules and regulations that govern provision of reimbursement support services. In addition, the role requires the ability to effectively influence and communicate with a team of internal matrix stakeholders, including but not limited to, Territory FRMs, Field Sales, and Reimbursement Support Services. The ideal candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. In addition, the ability to partner cross-functionally both internally and externally while remaining highly adaptable in a changing ecosystem is critical. It is expected that the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working within a diverse team, navigating complex health systems, and developing and implementing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives. Reporting To- Field Reimbursement Director- Strategic Accounts Key Relationships to Drive Success- Internal Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) Territory Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) Field Reimbursement Directors Territory Account Managers (TAMs) Market Access Matrix Team Strategy and Operations Learning and Development Training Team Community Medical Liaisons External Key institutional members - C-suite, D-Suite, pharmacies, ID, HCPs, Medical Directors, Purchasing, Procurement Network Leadership Quality Directors Specialty Pharmacies Retail Pharmacies Local Health Departments JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will operate as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting ViiVs long acting injectables in key accounts. Educate accounts and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access. Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities. Provide strategic accounts product access/reimbursement expertise. Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams and matrix partners. Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs Support patient access to the products by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BS/BA Degree required. Minimum 7 years in one or more of the following areas: field reimbursement, key account manager, payer marketing, patient support programs and reimbursement HUB programs Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy and bill process and Medicare Parts A, B, C, D as well as Medicaid and Commercial Payers Ability to travel up to 75%. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus MBA, MPH or other advanced degree Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
