Job Description: Ryan Companies is seeking a Stewardship & DEI Program Manager to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating programs that make Ryan Companies a great place to work and strengthen our relationships with diverse communities. By supporting programs related to community engagement and diversity, equity & inclusion, you will enhance Ryan's unique culture and build on our long history of community partnership. Some things you can expect to do: Assist in strategic planning to achieve fundraising and volunteerism goals. Collaborate with regional stewardship teams to understand goals for donations, matches, and sponsorships; mentor on selecting and serving nonprofit partners. Assist with fall giving campaigns, ensuring consistency across regions while prioritizing regional autonomy. Write communications for internal and external audiences, including content for the Annual Impact Report. Work with Employee Resource Group steering committees to align DEI and giving objectives. Manage the community engagement portal (Benevity); create content and run reports. Support the Foundation Committee. Process grant requests, check requests, and invoices Manage Ryan Connects, our internal social media platform for Employee Resource Groups and affinity groups. Manage the monthly DEI calendar and communications. Support DEI projects that help all Ryan team members feel connected, celebrated, and cared for. Some things you can expect to do: Experience with community engagement, corporate giving, and DEI initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Ability to create and deliver presentations and training Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Benevity or similar platforms Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $64,800- $80,950 per year. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
