Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries, as well as monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Provide excellent customer service on a consistent basis

• Utilize HealthCare.gov for relevant tasks and queries

• Leverage R Code knowledge for data processing tasks

• Communicate with offshore teams as required

• Understand and navigate the TRICARE system to assist customers

• Adhere to NIS regulations and guidelines in all tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry

• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools effectively for communication

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, its functionalities, and processes

• Basic understanding of R Code for data analysis tasks

• Experience in working with offshore teams, demonstrating excellent cross-cultural communication skills

• Knowledge of TRICARE health program and its associated processes

• Proficiency in using NIS (Network Information System) in a healthcare setting. TalentMatch®
