You Are:

A Technical Architect with the ServiceNow Business Group you are an experienced innovator of new applications in ServiceNow.

  • You can architect system solutions with ServiceNow and describe the solution with ease.

  • You’re willing to roll up your sleeves to develop new solutions for our clients.

  • Experienced advisor to the C-Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs.

  • Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.

  • You take time to seek out information about new applications in ServiceNow and stay up to date on the latest offerings.

  • Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.

  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and

  • You are able to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a techn

  • You are someone that is process oriented and prefers order over chaos.

  • You are comfortability asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.

  • Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 6 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.

  • Minimum of 4 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.

  • Minimum 5 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Mainline Certifications) Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.

    Bonus Points If:

  • Preferred experience with 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.)

  • Certifications for Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred.

  • Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services

  • Database experience including structured query language

  • Cloud migration and infrastructure transformation experience

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructures (e.g AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Experience building prototypes

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude

  • Proven team player and team builder

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture

  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
