Education: Associate of Arts/Vocational/Technical Degree in Business, Management, Communications or similar field is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior experience working in an administrative, clerical support, or related role is required Prior experience providing administrative support for director or senior level leader is preferred Proficiency in MS office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. is required Must be able to provide high level of confidentiality given access to information is required Strong organizational skills with ability to manage projects and flexibility to switch between on a frequent basis is required Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service is required Demonstrated ability to work effectively and respectfully with others is required. *Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements. Travel Requirements: Some travel required - approximately 10%. Ability to legally travel outside of the United States, particularly but not limited to Canada. Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week). What we offer.
