Navitaire is seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and drive the vision and strategy for significant value delivery areas of our future offerings. You will provide continuous feedback to the product teams and helps the teams to follow the product vision. You must have or develop a deep understanding of the travel industry in general, as well as low cost and hybrid airlines specifically. You can build close relationships with key stakeholders, and you excel in stakeholder management.You will have several direct reports for which you will be responsible for managing their goals, objectives, and regular performance assessments. This is a hybrid position and would require you to be in the local office 2-3 days a week. Specific accountabilities: *Manages large teams or other Managers; has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units. *Develops departmental plans, coordinates allocation of resources and controls policy formation in area of responsibility. Anticipates business issues and challenges for the department to define and resolve complex problems that may impact into the division / function. *Works following the overall department strategy, with limited supervision in a complex environment. *Direct the end-to-end Product Lifecycle of new and existing products from inception through end-of-life. *Lead the definition of product strategy, vision & the business value in line with the business owners and other relevant stakeholders; ensure that Amadeus teams are embarked on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business. *Define and drive the business plan, short- and long-term growth strategy and positioning of the company's products in the market. Lead the management of the budget for area of responsibility including capacity planning with R&D. *Lead the definition, management, and execution of product roadmap, as well as the related go-to-market activities. Ensure teams work closely with the commercial organization and customers, Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service/Delivery/Go To Market) and R&D teams. The ideal candidate: *10+ years of experience in Product Management/Ownership. *Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. *Knowledge of the travel/airline industry including IATA Offer/Order/Retail transformation vision *Specific knowledge of Navitaire business and how it is related to own area. *Agile Mindset *Very good level of written and oral English *University Degree(s) in Business field Diversity & Inclusion Amadeus is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
