Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable cosmetic production company located in Brooklyn Park, MN. We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to join the team. This position is a sales position that would consist of building client relations and maintain current relations. This includes the retention of existing customers as well as identifying and closing new business to enhance the reputation and business relationship between customer and the company. Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Achieve sales objectives by identifying and prioritizing opportunities, securing necessary resources, and implementing effective sales strategies and follow-up tactics to meet both planned and company goals.

  • Maintain high standards in all details, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with the production team to address customer needs effectively. - Generate quotes, follow up with prospects, and successfully close sales with both new and existing clients.

  • Accurately input and manage product information, including Bill of Materials (BOM) entries, within our ERP system, ensuring all required documentation is complete and up-to-date.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our production team, providing updates on pricing, inventory, order status, and project completion, while also conveying customer specifications to production.

  • Organize outbound and inbound shipments for project components as well as finished goods.

  • Inspect finished products to confirm they meet customer expectations.

  • Ensure prompt and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer
