Adecco US, Inc. Regulatory Adherence Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Adherence Coordinator to join our client’s team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our manual health plan letters. You will also play a key role in keeping our letter templates up-to-date and communicating compliance issues to relevant stakeholders. This role offers competitive compensation ( $24.53/hour ) over a 6 month contract period.
Note: While this role is fully remote, candidates must live near Minneapolis, MN.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of working with Word templates, Excel, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Managed care experience preferred
What You'll Do:
Ensure the compliance of all manual Health Plan Letters posted to our Teams Channel
Monitor updates to Health Plan Letter Templates and submit Letter Change Requests as needed
Perform quality assurance (QA) for letters updated based on Letter Change Requests
Maintain and update the Letters Tracker
Identify and communicate compliance status and issues to various audiences, including business leaders, product owners, and board members
Explain the potential impact of compliance issues and risks on our business, operations, and consumers
Pay Details: $24.53 per hour
