WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER The Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Manager position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of The Nature Conservancy's (TNC) Membership programs across all channels, campaign types and test designs. This role implements current state routines and processes while also being an innovation agent in concepting and implementing new, more efficient ways of working. The QA Senior Manager provides support to the Audience and Execution functions as well as other Membership staff. This role collaborates with Marketing Automation Developers, Journey Management, Audience Program Managers, Data Analysts, other Membership functional teams, and TNC departments. The QA Senior Manager will manage time effectively, organize documents, prioritize deliverables to ensure established timeframes are met, and has attention to detail with regard to the accuracy of audience segmentation. The QA Senior Manager monitors and measures campaign progress, ensuring the accuracy of both audience selection, campaign segmentation requirements and test design. This position will be responsible for having a deep understanding of audience types, characteristics, quantities, and contact frequency. Additional responsibilities will be assigned to support the success of Marketing Automation programs from concept through deployment and continued innovation including solutions and best practices, creating and maintaining documentation, and providing recommendations for QA standards. Requires travel to in-person events, estimated at up to 8 times per year, as determined by the department lead or manager in support of Membership, functional team, professional development, project, and other work-related activities. Work requires possible minor physical exertion and/or physical strain. Work environment involves possible exposure to outdoors or disagreeable elements. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination. xperience managing and implementing multiple projects. Experience negotiating across a variety of functional stakeholders. Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers. Experience with current and evolving technology in marketing automation. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of quality assurance. SALARY INFORMATION The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $73,400 - $108,100 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
