"Our client is looking for a Director of Sales with SaaS experience in the Public Safety sector.Position OverviewThe Director of Sales will lead their sales team in expanding their SaaS solutions within the public safety sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies for SaaS solutions targeting the public safety sector.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public safety domain.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS industry.Strong understanding of public safety solutions and market dynamics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
