Typical Day in the Life A typical day as a Project Manager might include: Responsibility for managing medium to large technology projects engagements for our clients including data analytics, ERP, and Salesforce services. Delivering an exceptional client experience Facilitating strong client relationships Drive work collaboratively with our consulting and technical teams to ensure our client's technology projects are delivered within project scope, on time, and on budget. Monitor project details and manage client expectations throughout projects. Communicate proactively with clients regarding the project scope, schedule, budget, risks, mitigation strateg es, status, and expectations. Ensuring accurate client billings, time and billing reconciliations, and on-time payments are received for work performed on these projects Facilitating internal collaboration & teamwork Facilitating project resourcing to meet commitments and objectives Achieve utilization targets and collaborate with team members to realize results Works collaboratively with other team members within the project management office to learn and enhance processes and approaches to project success. Who You Are You have 3+ years of project coordination experience. Experience in a technology company or professional services organization is preferred. Ability to lead and achieve results through influencing and organizational skills Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams is beneficial. You have a strong ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple activities or priorities at once. You have a strong organizational skills; you are assertive and diplomatic; self-directing. You are an excellent communicator - both verbal and written communications and listening skills. You are a problem solver with solid analytical skills. You have the ability to effectively communicate issues to clients, leadership and all employee levels. You are effective with your time management and are able to prioritize your tasks effectively. You learn quickly and are able to adapt to changing priorities. Up to 5% travel may be required. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. Benefits and Compensation Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
