Job Title: Project Manager / PA ArchitectJob Description

We are seeking a Revit-based Project Manager / PA Architect to oversee our full life cycle environment. You will lead a team of four architects, manage business development activities, and run current projects. The focus of the market and business development work may vary based on your strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include project management, construction documentation, building construction knowledge, architectural leadership, project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.

Work Environment

The culture is independent yet team-focused, with a less corporate and more family-oriented atmosphere. The dress code is business casual. The architecture team consists of 28 members who emphasize local and regional projects, focusing on education, multi-family, hospitality, and business sectors.
