Gathers and analyzes best practices within and outside the Bank. Provides objective recommendations and knowledge with the aim of creating value, increasing productivity, reducing cost, maximizing growth, and improving business performance. Provides perspectives on enhancements, develops the desired outcomes, and implements changes. Aligned to the Bank's Digital Operations, focused on User Experience Design. Work will focus on coordinating and facilitating the new brand rollout internally across several business areas and multiple products. Additionally, organizing the workflow, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables of our internal design toolkit.
